Shipping and Returns Policy
Sierra Pawn.com may, but is under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, Sierra Pawn.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item. All items are sent insured and paid for by the customer to cover any loss.
Products not-as-described: A request based on the reason is addressed on a CASE BY CASE basis and subject to our approval. All of our items are sold AS-IS, please read descriptions carefully and contact us with questions before purchase by calling

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For all returns, we assess a 20% restocking fee.
At Sierra Pawn Jewelry & Loan, all customer personal information is confidential. We believe in keeping all customers satisfied with our privacy, and never disclose personal information to any third party companies or any person, and even family members. Personal information considered to be: names. identification number, street address, or customers property loaned, and amount loaned.
Every customer who wishes to get a loan is required to have a valid government issued identification. Accepted forms of identification: state issued ID card, US Driver License, Passport, Green Card, and Mexican Consular ID.
Sharing Personal Information:
Pawn broker is obligated to share any/all customer's personal information with Law Enforcement Agencies, upon request.
